Looking for that answer now, I'm honestly not sure yet but I think it's part of the coolant system since the supercharger shoves air in the back between the V.

Found out. that's the coolant header tank. Strega (#7 mustang) puts their tank behind the cockpit so they can work easier on the engine after races.
